RESEARCH PROFILE

Neuropsychology and psychophysiology of human cognition in norm and pathology. The interdisciplinary studies are combined with behavioural, electrophysiological and neuroimaging methods (fMRI) and devoted to neurorehabilitation, cognitive functions, temporal information processing, learning, language, hemispheric asymmetry, normal chronological aging, neurodegeneration. The conducted studies have not only theoretical significance, but also practical importance and are devoted to development of innovative methods of neuropsychological rehabilitation www.neuronowski.pl.

CURRENT RESEARCH ACTIITES

  • Development of innovative commercial neurorehabilitation methods (www.neuronowski.pl);
  • Amelioration of broad aspects of cognitive function in children and adults;
  • Neurorehabilitation of cognitive function in elderly population;
  • Speech therapy in different language disorders: aphasia, stuttering, infantile autism, hearing deficits;
  • Neuropsychology of language restitution;
  • Temporal aspects of information processing in norm and pathology;
  • Neuropsychology of normal chronological aging, longevity and neurodegeneration.
